What's the deal with Digital Downloads?
Downloaded PES films (Submarine Sandwich, Fresh Guacamole, The Deep, Western Spaghetti, Game Over, Black Gold), are for personal use only. We ask for your assistance and understanding in protecting the media from abuse. "Personal use" does not grant you any licensing or re-distribution rights.
For screening purposes please contact sphelps@eatpes.com.
PES retains sole copyright to the films and the imagery contained within them. You may not use still images from the films without express permission.
Purchase of PES's films does not give you any right to the media except as stated in the Terms and Conditions. See the complete Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold at pesfilm.com are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items.
Returns
Can I return T-shirts, Screen Prints, and DVDs?
If you have received defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please mail us directly at shop@eatpes.com to resolve the issue.

Sales Tax
